Legit √ Guidelines

So what makes a person legit? This is certainly strategy. I personally feel trade chat is particularly geared towards popularity. One scammer can repay but the other is outcast? I see people give a yes and say all "them mafia ppl" are legit. Really? A tag does not mean a person is legitimate. Also debates arise about where to draw a line. Is it ok to scam a scammer? What if a scammer pays back? I would love to hear something solid, as I feel legit is not defined.

It all depends who you ask. Like i find scamming bavk the items a scammer scammed is alright. But someone else might be totally anti any form of scamming.

Not be considered scammimg.because, technically speaking, it was yours to begin with. However, dont mistake this as me being willing to vouch for scammers...Also, another question for consideration: does vouching for a scammer mean u scam? Because this also depends on popularity. Lets say someone gets scammed, then when they tell tc the person scams and someone whos supposedly legit says "ur lying, theyre legit". Does that make the voucher a scammer too?

IMO scamming is when you trick someone into giving you a profit without their acceptance. Stealing cash from taxless trades imo, isnt scamming but stealing as they are only buying cash/creds.
